Assignment for the week:
Make a list of your daily routine, the things you do everyday. We do this in order to find out how we are showing up in the world.
Then, make a list showing what you would like to be doing. Arrange both lists from most difficult to easiest.
Replace the easiest habit you now have with the easiest you would like to have. Now, work on that small change until it is habit, usually 2-3 weeks and then take on the next easiest.
You can’t successfully change everything at once!
